    Bonjour Laura, merci pour votre question. Les Chunks au chocolat noir de Callebaut sont une sorte de chocolat qui réssite à la cuisson. L'idée est d'avoir des pépites de chocolat après la cuisson de votre pâte. Ils fondent difficielement. Ce n'est pas le chocolat que nous vous conseillons pour réaliser une mousse au chocolat, nous recommandons le chocolat noir 811 pour vos mousses maison.
