    Bonjour Christine, merci pour cette question qui sera bien utile à de nombreux autres utilisateurs de chocolat Callebaut. En effet, vous pouvez utilisez ce chocolat au lait pour réaliser de gourmandes mousses au chocolat au lait. Le chocolat au lait de Callebaut est réalisé grâce à un mélange de fèves de cacao de trois origines différentes : Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana et Équateur. Ce qui lui donne un goût onctueux de cacao et des notes sucrées au caramel pour couronner le tout. Sa fluidité polyvalente lui permet d'être utilisé dans toutes sortes de recettes différentes aussi bien pour des mousses au chocolat, que des gâteaux au chocolat, que des crèmes glacées.
