These water based food colors produced by Squires Kitchen will be perfect for everyday use. They do not contain glycerin and will allow your frostings to sit well.
Paste food colours (also known as gel colours) can be used in different types of preparations (sugar paste, marzipan, buttercream, royal icing and more).
The other advantage of this type of coloring is that it does not change the texture of your preparation and you can mix the colors together for greater customization.
And like the other dyes offered on the site, they are conform to EU directives for use in foodstuff.
