    Bonjour, j'aimerais réaliser un glacage miroir pour un buche Ferrero, puis je utiliser ce produit dans le glacage ?

    Bonjour Caroline, merci pour votre question. Les peintures alimentaires de FunCakes sont des colorants de surface. Ils ne vont pas changer la couleur d'une préparation car ils ne sont pas assez concentré pour colorer dans la masse. Ce sont des colorants de surface, ils viennent par exemple donner une touche de finition à de la pâte à sucre. Vous pouvez en mettre dans votre glaçage miroir mais nous ne pouvons pas vous garantir que vous aurez le résultat désiré. Si vous avez encore la moindre question, revenez vers nous. Bonne journée.
