For your convenience and because we want to adapt to most situations, Sweet *n Fairy offers you three delivery solutions: pick-up in shop, pick-up in a relay point or delivery to your home or office.
Sweet *n Fairy and your carrier will do their utmost to deliver your package as soon as possible, but please note that these are provided as an indication and are not contractual.
Delivery is offered in a Mondial Relay or InPost relay point from 49 € !
Delivery is free for all deliveries to the address of your choice from 75 € !
1. Collection from Sweet *n Fairy shops (free of charge*)
After payment of your order, you can collect it from Sweet *n Fairy in Anderlecht (Brussels) or Braine l'Alleud (Brabant-Wallon).
Delivery time: 24 to 48 hours after your order has been approved, and only upon confirmation by email or by phone at +32 (0)2 385 36 22 or +33 (0)1 78 90 04 19, you can pick up your order.
Address Anderlecht: Shopping Cora Anderlecht, Drève Olympique 15, 1070 Anderlecht.
Address Braine l'Alleud: Chaussée d'Alsemberg 212, 1420 Braine l'Alleud.

2. Packaging and shipping
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Packages are generally dispatched within one working day of receipt of payment.
The parcel can be tracked online but is delivered without a signature or insurance of the value in case of loss or damage by the post office (please refer to the general conditions of sales and use).
3. Delivery times and follow-up
For deliveries to your address (home or office)
Delivery by BPost: 97% of the parcels processed by BPost are delivered within 24 hours in Belgium.
Delivery in 3 to 5 working days in France, Luxembourg, Germany and the Netherlands
Delivery in 4 and 7 working days within the rest of the European Union
All packages are equipped with Track & Trace (transparent and constant tracking of the package).
For Belgium: If you are not at home => Avis de Passage + 2nd presentation if necessary (via the BPost App, you can request a second presentation, or pick up your parcel within 14 calendar days at the nearest post office or Point Poste).
For deliveries via Mondial Relay or InPost
By Mondial Relay, delivery times are generally longer.
If delays occur and whatever the delivery method, Sweet *n Fairy cannot be held responsible if the customer is not up to date with his contractual obligations (insufficiently informed address, absence of the recipient, strikes, unfavourable weather conditions...).

You have 14 calendar days to initiate the return of your products. See the general conditions of sales and use and conditions for more information.
Please note that in case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the above-mentioned time limits, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the delivery costs initially paid will be reimbursed; the return costs, on the other hand, remain at your expense. You are responsible for the risk, quality and follow-up of the return. See general conditions of sales and use.
Exercising the right of withdrawal, refusing the package, not collecting the package from the collection point, forgetting to collect the package, the package not being deliverable due to incorrect address details, inaccessible address, etc. are all considered forms of return for which the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount of the order.
The costs of a new and second shipment (following a return) will also be charged to you without the possibility of benefiting from the free brackets as formulated in our rates.
