Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Knead 500 g mix with 1 egg (50 g), 60 g (cream) butter and 60 ml water into a firm dough and let it stiffen in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface (3 mm thickness) and cut out the cookies. Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for approx. 12 minutes until golden. Let the cookies cool down and decorate as desired.

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, herbs and spices (incl. ginger (50%), cinnamon), sugar (burnt), raising agent: E500, E450. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: egg, soy, milk and lupin.

    Bonjour Mélissa, merci pour votre question. Les biscuits en pain d'épices (3 mm d'épaisseur), réalisé avec le mélange FunCakes, peuvent être cuits 12 minutes à 180 degrés dans un four préchauffé. Si vous avez encore la moindre question, revenez vers nous. Bonne journée.

Mélange très colant je ne sais pas si ces une erreur de ma part .mais la texture avant cuisson ne m'a pas plue
