Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fats (coconut, hydrogenated palm seed), modified starch: potato starch, dark Green Food colour (colouring (E102, E133, E110), emulsifier (E551)), thickener: xanthan gum, flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid. E102: may have adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Suggested shelf storage: 16-23°C, away from sunlight, store in a dry place, sealed against air. After opening, unused product should be put backin the original packing material to avoid drying.
Allergenic information: gluten and lactose free. Not included any allergenic substances.

    Ma pate a sucre Green velvet smarvelvet est neuve dans son emballage mais très dure est ce normal ou comment ma travailler pour la ramollir svp. Cordialement Mme BAUER

    Bonjour Madame Bauer, la consistance de la Smartflex est incomparable avec celle d'un produit comme la pâte à sucre Renshaw. Comme la Smartflex contient de l'amidon, elle est environ 15 fois plus dur que de la pâte à sucre ordinaire et peut aussi sembler granuleuse.

    La pâte doit être retirée de son emballage et qu'après 30 secondes de pétrissage vigoureux, elle devait se transformer en une masse lisse.
