Squires Kitchen's water soluble stains are perfect for everyday use. They are water-based but highly concentrated. You only need a very small amount to colour your baked goods. As an added bonus, they do not contain glycerine, which allows your glazes to dry well.
They are offered here in a cheap package and are cheaper than if you buy them separately.

A little description
Paste food colours (also known as gel colours) can be used in different types of preparations (sugar paste, marzipan, buttercream, royal icing and more).
The other advantage of this type of coloring is that it does not change the texture of your preparation and you can mix the colors together for greater customization.
And like the other dyes offered on the site, they are conform to EU directives for use in foodstuff.

- Yellow: water, glucose syrup, thickener: E1422, preservative: acetic acid, color: E104*.
- Rose: water, glucose syrup, thickener: E1422, preservative: acetic acid, color: E122.
- Orange: water, glucose syrup, thickener: E1422, preservative: acetic acid, color: E104*, E129*.
- Red: water, glucose syrup, thickener: E1422, preservative: acetic acid, color: E129*.
- Purple: water, glucose syrup, thickener: E1422, preservative: acetic acid, color: E129*, E151.
- Blue: water, glucose syrup, thickener: E1422, preservative: acetic acid, color: E133.
- Green: water, glucose syrup, thickener: E1422, preservative: acetic acid, color: E133, E104.
- Black: water, glucose syrup, thickener: E1422, preservative: acetic acid, color: E153, E129*, E133, E104*
*E129, E104 may have adverse effects on activity and attention in children.
May contain traces of nuts.
