    peut-on faire pousser les baguette dans le moule ?

    Bonjour Laura, merci pour votre question. Si vous souhaitez faire pousser vos baguettes directement dans le moule, perforé antiadhésif de Patisse, c'est possible mais lors de la deuxième pousse. Nous vous conseillons de laisser reposer une première fois la pâte dans un récipient recouvert d'un essui humide. Dégasez la pâte et couper là de manière à réaliser vos baguettes. Façonner vos baguettes et faire les pousser directement dans le moule. N'oubliez pas de le fariner et de recouvrir vos pâtons d'un essui humide. Si vous avez encore la moindre question, revenez vers nous. Belle journée.
