The vanilla flavoured fondant from the UK is highly elastic, but firm and doesn’t stick. Due to its smooth finish it ideal for covering cakes, but can also be used for make beautiful decorations.

You need approx. 500 gram fondant to cover a round cake with dia of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20x20 cm.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, water, humectant (E422), emulsifier (E471), stabilisers (E413, E466), preservative (E202), colour (E171), natural flavouring. This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Kosher and Halal certified.

    Bonjour Luciole, merci pour votre question. Non la pâte à sucre ne doit pas se conserver au frigo. Si vous venez de l'acheter, la conserver dans une armoire à l'abri de lumière à température ambiante est le mieux. Si vous l'utilisez mais qu'il vous en reste un peu. Le mieux c'est de faire une boule avec le reste de la pâte à sucre, l'emballer 2 fois dans du film plastique et de la placer dans une boite hermétique à température ambiante dans une armoire.  Si vous avez encore la moindre question, revenez vers nous.
