    Bonjour Laura, merci pour votre question. Pour faire adhérer la pâte à sucre à un dummy (polystyrène), nous vous conseillons de passer une légère couche de graisse végétale au préalable sur votre polystyrène. La couche ne doit pas être épaisse mais mise de manière homogène sur toute la frigolite. Après il s'agit de le recouvrir de pâte à sucre comme si vous recouvriez un gâteau avec ganache. Ne jeter pas votre dummy après la fête, il se lavera très bien avec un peu d'eau chaude savonneuse. Si vous avez encore la moindre question, revenez vers nous. Bonne journée.
