Size mold: approx. 21 x 12 cm.

Instructions

Before use, clean and thoroughly dry.

Lightly sprinkle cornstarch (maïzena) on the mold.
With gum paste or sugar paste with a little CMC, slightly flatten the paste and press firmly into the piece you want to create.
Check that the dough has spread well.
Turn the mold upside down and slightly bend the mat to unmold the shape.
