How to use
Take some coloring gel with a toothpick and wipe it off on your piece of fondant. Knead until you get a homogeneous result. To obtain a darker or deeper color put some more coloring gel on your fondant. If you want to obtain a marbled result, don't knead for too long. Wash your hands with warm water and soap directly after the kneading.
Suitable for food on water base. Not suitable for colouring chocolate.
Maximum usable dose: 0,58g/100g.
Glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colours (E102, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)). E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain milk, soybean, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame and molluscs.
Shelf life: approx. 9 months to 1.5 year.
