Using our ice stabiliser, you can experiment with an infinite variety of flavours and ice creations. Add chunks of fruit, chocolate chips, caramel swirls or crunchy nuts to personalise your ice creams to your tastes and desires.

Another benefit of ice stabiliser is its ability to extend the shelf life of your homemade ice creams. It helps prevent crystals from forming during freezing and ensures a smooth texture even after several days in the freezer.

What are the secrets to successful homemade ice cream?

  • Choose quality ingredients: Opt for fresh, high-quality ingredients, such as fresh eggs, whole milk, double cream with a minimum fat content of 30% and seasonal fruit or our fruit purées. Quality ingredients mean tastier ice cream.
  • Replace white sugar with invert syrup: invert sugar will absorb moisture and improve texture.
  • Add ice cream stabiliser to your recipe: the stabiliser delays melting and gives a smooth ice cream.

Use: 3 to 4 g per litre. Without changing the formulas, mix dry with the sugar and add to the milk. Leave to swell for 15 mins.

Allergens: may contain traces of soya, milk, egg, gluten, nuts, sulphites and lupin.

Store in a cool, dry place.
