Here comes the gianduja or gianduia, a filling like praline but which is distinguished by a smoothness specific to its preparation. Indeed the hazelnut paste is ground much more finely and it contains cocoa butter and chocolate.

Gianduja is widely used in bonbons, pralines, in flavors for ice creams or creams, and even as a spread.

The product is so tasty that you can taste it alone, with a spoon. Yum !
