This food paint will be perfect to add the final touch to your praline or chocolate decorations. To write initials or simply give a speckled effect, this product will be your decorative fairy dust.

Instructions

There are two easy options for preparation:

- Remove the lid and place the product in the microwave at 800W in 10 second intervals, when the paint starts to melt, stir well between each exit of the microwave until the product is completely melted.

- Place the container in hot water.

Be careful not to heat the product above 40°C.

All that remains is to paint the mould before putting your tempered chocolate in it, or to paint directly on your chocolate.

    Bonjour Nadjiba, c'est une excellente question que vous nous posez aujourd'hui. La peinture pour chocolat couleur or de Sugarflair n'est pas un colorant de masse. Le mélanger avec votre chocolat ne va pas avoir comme effet de produire un chocolat couleur doré. Il s'agit d'un produit de finition, à utiliser quand votre chocolat a pris. Vous réchauffez légèrement le pot de peinture pour faire fondre le beurre de cacao. Bien mélanger et à l'aide d'un pinceau vous pouvez soit peindre directement sur le chocolat ou décider de peindre le moule et d'y mettre le chocolat par après. N'hésitez pas si vous avez d'autres questions, bonne journée.
