Instructions for use
Shake well before use. Make sure the spray has been stored at room temperature (20-25°C) for at least two hours before use.
Spray an even layer on the cold surface to be treated from a distance of 15 - 20 cm.
Combined with another food-grade velvet colour, it also offers many possibilities for gradations and velvet shades.
Combined with a stencil, you can quickly create sign decorations with the food velvet spray.
Good to know: A 100 ml spray can can coat 2 cakes 20 - 24 cm in diameter and 4 - 5 cm high, depending on the thickness of the layer.
The food velvet spray is highly volatile. Place in a well-ventilated area and protect your work surface. You can put your dessert in a cardboard box to prevent the velvet spray powder from spilling into your room.
