Valrhona has partnered with the Norandino cooperative, located in Piura, Peru to make organic and fairtrade milk chocolate. It has a creamy and slightly astringent side. You can feel a slight hint of acidity. It's an old-fashioned milk chocolate. In a way that it doesn't have that cocoa taste diluted in a ton of milk, which industrial chocolates almost all have. Andoa milk from Valrhona will make happy fans of milk chocolate. In addition, cocoa only comes from one country, Peru.

By creating its various Andoa ranges, Valrhona wanted to push forward the use of chocolate from organic farming. And for that, the brand headed to Peru, which is the second largest farmer of organic cocoa in the world.
