Directions for use

  • Optimum use: creamy and ganache desserts - mousse
  • Recommended applications: moulding, tablet and coating
  • Goes well with: red or black fruit vinegar, bitter almond, black cherry, chai tea, butterscotch, amber or triple beer, and red fruit.
