You need approx. 500 gram fondant to cover a round cake with dia of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20x20 cm.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, humectant: vegetable glycerine (E422), emulsifier: mono- and di- glycerides of fatty acids (E471), stabiliser: tragacanth gum (E413), preservative: potassium sorbate (E202), colour (E160a), natural flavouring.

This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
