    Bonjour . Ce chocolat peut il être utilisé pour réaliser un entremet. Étant pâtissière je recherche ce qui ressemble le plus a mes recettes confectionné avec du chocolat Barry a la base

Le chocolat au lait Callebaut est le chocolat de couverture haut de gamme utilisé par les pâtissiers belges, vous pouvez l'utiliser pour vos entremets les yeux fermés. Pour la petite histoire, en 1996, Callebaut a fusionné avec le chocolatier français Cacao Barry pour former le groupe Barry Callebaut. Les deux marques de chocolat continuent toutefois d'exister séparément sous l'égide Barry Callebaut et Callebaut. Le chocolat de couverture Callebaut est reconnu mondialement par les professionnels pour sa qualité, sa haute teneur en cacao et sa maniabilité.
